Mabel holds a bachelors degree in education from Concord University. Mabel also holds the prestigious NAEYC Certification. Ms. Kaudy also holds certifications in real estate, property management, and escrow . Mabel has held positions in non-profit organizations , business, and education besides being involved with the Kaudy Group and its affiliate companies.
Whether conducting an audit and creating financial safeguards for a multi office real estate firm with numerous rental properties, planning and executing a fundraising event for a faith-based organization, writing and conducting developmental assessments for Washington Dc metro area preschools, or creating parent and community based classes that resulted in increased parent engagement in their children’s education, Mrs. Kaudy is Unleashing the Power of Possibility for the clients of the Kaudy Group.
Suraj Swatesuthisan, PHD
General Partner
General Partner, Suraj Swatesuthisan’s expertise and knowledge imparted to each one the Kaudy Group’s clients he advises translates into an increased bottom line for those clients.
Suraj holds a PHD and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Thammasat University and National University respectively. Suraj earned also bachelors degrees in mechanical and chemical engineering from Chulalongkorn University. Suraj has held positions in business, and education as well as being founder and CEO of Herring Plus an international manufacturer of heat exchangers , plates, and gaskets.
Whether developing sales plans for global manufacturers , Launching and serving as CEO of a technical product manufacturer that does business on most of the world’s continents, or advising businesses on how to successfully manage operations on topics such as investment, finance, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing businesses Mr. Swatesuthisan is Unleashing the Power of Possibility for the clients of the Kaudy Group.

Todd holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from National University. His Masters thesis examined the impact of deregulation on competition and pricing in industry . He holds a bachelors degree in social science from the University of California. Todd has held positions in government, business, and education in addition to being founder and Managing Partner of the Kaudy Group and its affiliate companies.
